Search no more! Our complimentary Forest School Club offers an ideal chance for nearby youngsters, particularly those yet to venture into our playground, to delve into a world of exploration, imagination, and enjoyment.
When and where will our forest school sessions be?
Shoreditch Adventure Playground : Every TUESDAY 3:45 to 5:15pm from 30th April to 16th July 2024 (no session on 7th and 28th May)
Hackney Marsh Adventure Playground : Every THURSDAY 3:45 to 5:15pm from 2nd May to 11th July 2024 (no session on 30th May)
Who Can Attend our Forest Schools?
The ecoACTIVE Forest School Club warmly welcomes all children residing in the nearby vicinity, aged between 7 and 11. We extend a hearty invitation to those who have yet to discover the marvels of our playground. It serves as an inclusive haven for children to gather, learn, and frolic. With session capacities capped at 15 children, priority will be given to those who typically lack access to green spaces or may benefit from additional support in their physical and psychological wellbeing.
Costs: Completely FREE!
We believe that nature should be accessible to all, which is why all our sessions are fully funded and absolutely free. No need to worry about fees – just come prepared for adventure!
What Will We Do?
The possibilities are endless when it comes to our Forest School Club. Your child can expect:
Nature Exploration: We'll dive into the great outdoors, exploring the wonders of the natural world.
Den Building: Let imaginations run wild as we create dens and other fantastic structures in the heart of the forest.
Fires and Cooking: Learn valuable outdoor skills like building fires and cooking delicious treats over an open flame.

Natural Crafts: Craft beautiful creations from materials found in the forest, sparking creativity and resourcefulness.
Tool Use: Safely handle tools like fire steels and peelers under expert guidance.

Plenty of FREE PLAY: Let kids be kids! There's plenty of unstructured free play time in the great outdoors.
