Join one of our visits to Kew Gardens

We will be organising some free visits to Kew gardens for volunteers at gardens in our Network and the Hackney Buzzline. Seasonal Training

We will be running one or more Winter pruning sessions before the beginning of March with the first taking place on Saturday 22nd February at Clapton Park Estate (10.30 am- 1.30 pm TBC). Please let us know if you would like to attend and we will send you more details. Other training sessions will be available shortly. Let us know if you would like to request or offer any training!

Learn all about growing vegetables - especially salad leaves - at their urban market gardens in Hackney and their small farm in Dagenham. The free training takes up one day a week, plus some evening tutorials. Runs from early March until the end of October. Deadline: Monday 3 February.

What would you like from your Network?

At the Community Garden Project we are currently planning a programme of events for this year for gardens in the Network. What would you like to see happening this year?

  • What support do you most need at your community garden?

  • What training would be most useful for volunteers?

  • Could your garden host an event in 2025 or beyond?
